Through two complementary paths, we strengthen opportunities for individuals with disabilities while serving people and families experiencing hardship through compassionate community outreach.

High School Transition Training
Helping high school teams implement best practices in transition planning, student self-determination, interagency collaboration, and adult outcomes.
The Ambassador Program
Partnering with school transition programs and adult service agencies to provide students and adults with disabilities meaningful opportunities to shop for, organize, and assemble care packs while developing leadership, teamwork, self-determination, and community connections through service to others.
Leadership Reset
A transformational two-day retreat that helps district teams and individual leaders analyze their systems, strengthen collaboration, and develop practical strategies to close the achievement gap for students with disabilities.
